Add settings and about modal (#50)

* feat: add settings and about modal to web interface

add comprehensive settings modal displaying runtime configuration including application info, web interface settings, scheduler configuration, advanced features, repeater defaults, integrations, and logging settings

- add SettingsInfo struct to web.go with all runtime configuration fields
- add handleSettingsModal handler and /api/settings/modal route
- add since() template helper function for uptime calculation
- create settings.html template with categorized sections
- add settings button with info icon to header
- add modal styling with condensed layout (3-column grid)
- add tests for settings modal handler and since() helper
- remove duplicate BuildRevision field, keep only Version
- conditionally render empty log file path

* fix: address linter issues and improve log file display

- rename unused parameter to underscore in handleSettingsModal
- replace len() > 0 with != "" for string comparisons
- show 'stdout' when logging enabled but no file path configured
