Fixed geometry/geography bugs_5X (#4175)

Key Changes:
    Added a check to disallow non-printable ASCII charaters in the input of geospatial parser.
    Added check and error handling for antipodal points in linestring for geography datatype.
    Introduced NULL output for non-point instances in .M and .Z method
    Removed incorrect support of Multiple Decimal Points for Geometry/Geography Data Type
