refactor(mantine): migrate nlp qa text input DEV-1143 (#6362)

### 💭 Notes
Used Mantine's `TextArea` as a replacement for the text input for being
multiline.
I used a `minRows` of 2 to replicate the current visuals of 2 lines
I decided to keep the current `onInputEvent` function as is and just get
the string from the event to pass to the method
