fix(restServices): fields input and missing padding DEV-1032 (#6278)

### 📣 Summary

Fields input allows setting question names again.

### 💭 Notes

Turned out to be missing `.bind(this)`. I also noticed missing paddings
around all REST Services UI - brought it back (size of paddings inspired
by more recent UI)

### 👀 Preview steps

1. ℹ️ Have an account and a project
2. Go to Project → Settings → REST Services
3. Click on "Register a New Service" button
4. In "Select fields subset" enter `start` (or some other question name)
5. 🔴 [on main] notice that the question is not being stored
6. 🟢 [on PR] notice that question is being stored
