fix: update GameCanvas to use tick-based timing and format package.json

- Convert GameCanvas update loop from frame-based to tick-based timing
- Add FRAMES_TO_TICKS_MULTIPLIER conversion in setupUpdateLoop
- Update method signatures and comments from deltaFrames to deltaTicks
- Format lint-staged configuration in package.json to single line
