refactor(rendering): rename destroy() to clear() in AbstractRenderer

- Rename destroy() method to clear() in BaseRenderer interface
- Update AbstractRenderer implementation to use clear() method
- Update SnakeGameCanvas renderer cleanup calls to use clear()
- Update AbstractRenderer tests to test clear() method instead of destroy()
- Update BaseRenderer test mock classes to implement clear() instead of destroy()

The clear() method name better represents the action of clearing rendered items
while the internal PIXI containers are still destroyed for proper cleanup.
