fix(trashBin): refactor attachment trash logging to use project history logs DEV-962 (#6176)

### 📣 Summary
Attachments moved to trash are now logged in `ProjectHistoryLog`
(instead of `AuditLog`), while users and projects continue logging in
`AuditLog`.


### 📖 Description
Previously, all objects trashed through `move_to_trash()` were logged
into `AuditLog`. With this change, attachments are now recorded in
`ProjectHistoryLog`, ensuring project history reflects file deletions
correctly. User and project deletions remain logged in `AuditLog`. This
provides more accurate tracking of changes at the project level.
