Fixed creating the web/agama.pot file (bsc#1248817)

Eslint adds a trailing comma in the n_() argument list when the arguments are
placed on several lines. Then technically the n_() call contains 4 arguments
and not 3 as requested by the xgettext CLI option.

Fixed the xgettext invocation to accept the n_() call with any number of
arguments.
