### 📣 Summary
This PR modifies messages about the capabilities of background audio
recording present in the form builder.

### 💭 Notes
Some changes in the Mantine's Tooltip were needed :
- z-index: For the tooltip to appear on top of the form builder view,
which is 1051
- offset: For the tooltip not to invade the button/icon areas.

was re-implemented and should be blue with a dismiss button.
