Write gpkg instead of a shapefile in RavenpyModel (#343)

### What kind of change does this PR introduce?

* The `BasArea` and `DrainArea` required for distributed Raven modelling
create hundreds of warnings, because they are really big values. It
seems that shapefiles are limited in that regards, while GPKG are fine.
