feat(projectHistoryLogs): add project owner to remaining logs DEV-204 (#5804)

### 📣 Summary
Add project owner to transfer, QA data update, name change, and settings
update project history logs.


### 💭 Notes
Add the project owner to all remaining log types and make project owner
a required field in all project history logs.
