doc(web): remove TypeDoc and related GitHub Pages (#2588)

Some time ago, before the project even had its own website, TypeDoc was
added and a GitHub Pages site was generated for it. However, in reality,
this documentation has never been properly maintained, polished, or even
used. More often than not, it has caused unnecessary headaches (see
https://github.com/agama-project/agama/pull/976,
https://github.com/agama-project/agama/pull/1225,
https://github.com/agama-project/agama/pull/1832).

A [recent CI
failure](https://github.com/agama-project/agama/actions/runs/16411656419/job/46367877636)
has served as a good reminder that it's time to drop it altogether.
Going forward, developer documentation can be reintroduced on the main
project website when it’s ready. This change will be better for
everyone: developers, the project, and its users.
