refactor(tests): replace os.MkdirTemp with t.TempDir()

- replace os.MkdirTemp and defer os.RemoveAll patterns with t.TempDir()
  across test files for cleaner and safer temporary directory management
- update 19 occurrences in pkg/executor/local_test.go and
  pkg/executor/remote_test.go
- fix race condition in Test_runCanceled by accepting multiple valid
  cancellation error types and improving synchronization
- all tests now pass with race detector enabled
