fix(dependency-injection): replace Activator with FastActivator

Update service descriptor creation to utilize FastActivator for improved performance and efficiency.

- Replaced `Activator.CreateInstance` with `FastActivator.CreateInstance` in service descriptor definitions.
- Added import statement for `Fast.Activator` namespace.
- Updated three instances where service descriptors are described based on implementation type, factory, or instance.
