feat(storage): allow selecting software RAIDs for booting (#2419)

Adapt the storage UI to offer the bootable software RAIDs (a.k.a.,
candidate RAIDs) as selectable options in the page for configuring the
boot device.

The D-Bus/HTTP APIs are extended to distinguish between
available/candidate drives and MD RAIDs.
