web-flowFix incident related to wrong DNSSEC timestamps (#234) According to RFC4032 §3.1.5, these timestamps are supposed to be expressed in seconds. Unfortunately, in commit 88670b3cc (merged at 1ab1f8da9), we parsed this value in milliseconds. The issue is fixed and regression tests are added for providing valid RFC3339 timestamps in all possible time units.
