### 📣 Summary
Backfills the `media_base_name` field in MongoDB when rewriting
attachments during long-running migration to support future
optimizations.

### 📖 Description
This PR ensures that the `media_base_name` field is populated in MongoDB
submission documents as part of the long-running migration that rewrites
attachment metadata.

This field will be used in upcoming releases to optimize media file
handling and lookup logic.
Populating it now ensures forward compatibility.
