Unselect user patterns after conflict resolution (#2413)

## Problem

- When a conflict resolution unselects an user selected pattern then it
is not removed from the list of the user patterns and it gets selected
back causing the same conflict again.

## Solution

- Remove the unselected patterns from the user patterns after conflict
resolution.

## Testing

- Unit test
- Tested manually
