Merged `GameModel` and `PlayerModel` into `GameModel` as they were identical.

`GameObjectConstructor` now depends on `IconType` for determining the texture to use, meaning there is now a single source of truth for all texture paths. This also allows for a centralised `IconType.get_texture()` method for retrieving the cached texture.

`Game.on_game_object_death()` now calls `Game.on_sprite_removal()` to avoid duplicating code.

Removed some unused headers in the C++ module and the binding code for `ArmourRegen` as it wasn't being used.
