refactor(select): replace and remove KoboSelect3 DEV-102 (#5679)

### 💭 Notes

`KoboSelect3` AKA `KoboAccessibleSelect` was being used in only two
places in the UI:
- Account Settings → Add-Ons
- Account Settings → Profile

Instead of migrating tests for it, I deleted it and used Mantine's
Select instead. `KoboSelect3` was a beautiful piece of code :heart:, but
it was time to say goodbye 🥹 Sorry @p2edwards

Also the `Select` component we now have is using a default export.

### 👀 Preview steps

Verify UI still works (part 1):
1. ℹ️ have account
2. Go to Account Settings → Profile
3. Choose "Country", "Sector", and "Organization type"
4. 🟢 notice that everything works correctly
5. Go to the same place on kf.kobo.beta
6. 🟢 notice that things didn't change visually in a drastic way :wink:

Verify UI still works (part 2):
1. ℹ️ have account
2. Take a deep breath and prepare a snack
3. [Set up
Stripe](https://www.notion.so/kobotoolbox/Setting-Up-Stripe-9a958a84d6324ec8a4ca887b820eb8cf?pvs=4)
including syncing all the models (`./manage.py djstripe_sync_models`)
4. Go to Account Settings → Add-Ons
5. Use all three selects there - "File storage" addon has two, "NLP
Package" has one
6. 🟢 notice that everything works correctly
7. Go to the same place on kf.kobo.beta
8. 🟢 notice that things didn't change visually in a drastic way :wink:
