Switched to using depth-testing with one spritelist instead of multiple spritelists for batch drawing all the sprites. This is much more efficient and allows the constructors to define the rendering order.

`MapGenerator::MapGenerator` now takes a const reference to the `random_generator` instead of taking it by value.

`PlayerView` no longer takes a `spritelist` parameter as it was never used in the first place.

Added some more documentation to `Game`.
