## What this PR does / why we need it:

This PR enhances the visualization of CPU and memory metrics by
implementing trend charts in the Summary Card component:

- Added trend charts for CPU and memory metrics visualization
- Enhanced metrics server status display in cluster view
- Improved card layout and vertical alignment
- Optimized chart styling for better visual experience
