refactor(organizations): remove sessionStore from useOrganizationQuery TASK-1357 (#5345)

### 📣 Summary
After migrating `useOrganizationQuery` to use the `useSession` hook, we
still have some direct references to `sessionStore`. This PR removes
`sessionStore` from `useOrganizationQuery` entirely.

This PR should not change app behavior

1. Login as an MMO admin or owner 
2. Load the organization settings and members pages 
3. Observe no difference in displayed data or API calls between this
branch and `main`
