Fix tdsentry not being init (#2561)

While adding support for renaming databases in this commit:76664c7
We re-utilised localTdsStatusTable array which seems to have garbage indexes for pids which are not valid. Valgrind raises this error since we are not initialising all of the indexes of this array. To fix this we first check for valid st_procpid and second we now allocate all 0s for this array to avoid this being missed in the future.
