fix: Improvements to memory usage

Changes Made:

1. The Canister.Benchmarks.csproj project now targets .NET 6.0 and .NET 8.0.

2. The ServiceCollectionExtensions.cs file has undergone changes. The AssembliesFound and PathsFound lists have been converted to HashSets, which automatically remove duplicate entries, thus eliminating the need for the Distinct() method call.
