Auto-format all files that Prettier sees (#654)

## Summary:

Note: Waiting on #645 before landing.

In order to avoid Prettier reformatting a file when we first touch it, I'm applying Prettier to all files that aren't currently ignored. Once this PR is landed I'll add the merge commit to the `.git-blame-ignore-revs` file so that `git blame` skips this commit, by default.

I ran prettier over all files using: `yarn prettier '**/*' --write`
