[🔥AUDIT🔥] Now that we're on Typescript, let's re-enable all the VSCode goodness for it (#659)

## Summary:

When we used to use Flow, we had to disable some of the Typescript and Javascript features as they conflicted with teh Flow extension. Now that the Typescript migration has come through, we can re-enable these features!
