mblandRevert SESSendEmailPolicy back to ses:SendRawEmail Essentially reverts commit 6bb254e84. Apparently SES API V2 still needs ses:SendRawEmail access, not ses:SendEmail. I just tried to send an email using the dev instance via `elistman send`, and got: operation error SESv2: SendEmail, https response error StatusCode: 403, RequestID: ..., api error AccessDeniedException: User `arn:aws:sts::...:assumed-role/elistman-dev-FunctionRole-.../ elistman-dev-Function-...' is not authorized to perform `ses:SendRawEmail' on resource `arn:aws:ses:us-east-1:...:identity/mike-bland.com'
