Fixes #8: Seed indexes from index.yml

- Add `ParseIndexYAML` and `FindAndParseIndexYAML` functions
  to service/datastore
- Add YAML marshalling and unmarshalling for IndexDefinition and IndexColumn
- Add tests for the changes
- Imports: additional package: gopkg.in/yaml.v2
