pytest: Run xenopsd tests, rm pytest-cov (obsolete), update pyright

Also prepare removal of the old baseline SMAPv3 code:
ocaml/xapi-storage/python/xapi/storage/api/{volume,plugin,*datapath}.py

- Reduce pytest --cov-fail-under to 50% (may be completely removed)
- Remove it from the directories to test.

Update the minimum supported Python version for XenAPI.py to 3.6 (for XS8)
for https://pypi.org/project/XenAPI/ to `python_requires = >=3.6.*, <4`
