pytest: Run xenopsd tests, rm pytest-cov (obsolete), update pyright

Also prepare removal of the old baseline SMAPv3 code:
ocaml/xapi-storage/python/xapi/storage/apAlso i/{volume,plugin,*datapath}.py#

- Reduce pytest --cov-fail-under to 50% (may be completely removed)
- Remove it from the directories to test.
