Implement Phase 2: built-in format validators (Draft 7)

Register 16 built-in JSON Schema Draft 7 format validators in
GeneratorConfiguration::initFormatValidator() — no addFormat() call
required by consumers:

Regex-based: date-time, date, time, email, idn-email, hostname,
idn-hostname, ipv4, json-pointer, relative-json-pointer

Class-based (production package): ipv6, uri, uri-reference,
uri-template, iri, iri-reference, regex

Also:
- Inline $isReadOnly variable in PropertyFactory::buildProperty()
- Update composer.json to use production package jsonSchemaDraft7 branch
- Add integration tests (61 tests) and schema fixtures
- Document all built-in formats in docs/source/types/string.rst
