fix: import sqlalchemy.ext.asyncio lazily so the plugin loads without greenlet.

SQLAlchemy 2.1 moved greenlet to the `sqlalchemy[asyncio]` extra, and importing
`sqlalchemy.ext.asyncio` without it raises ImportError. `executor.py` did that at
module level, so the pytest11 entry point failed to load for every sync-only user.
The AsyncEngine check now imports on demand and treats ImportError as "not async".
