Prep for 1.7 improvements (#29)

* added TODO

* added prototyping to keep computations in networkx longer

* got prototype working.  need to add it to parallel_link_model

* modularized demand routing in prototype; need to get interface traffic part
calculating correctly

* changed _route_demands, making progress on fixing failures in unit tests

* appear to have demand routing working, but lsp testing is failing a lot

* only 2 unit tests failing now.  need to use new technique for route LSPs

* all unit tests pass.  need to consolidate into one class

* working on prototyping LSP routing so G only made once per LSP routing run

* prototype looking good.  need more testing

* this prototype tested very well for LSPs.  Going to integrate it into code
