* fixed some pep8 in parallel_link_model

* converged a Parallel_Link_Model object

* added file for multi digraph prototyping

* working thru bugs in prototyping multidigraph

* made a change; need to see if it worked

* got multidigraph prototyping working

* cleared up the def to return normalized paths

* optimized parallel_lsp_groups() call; cached it

* got get_shortest_paths in parallel_link_model working

* test - no change

* optimized _normalize_multigraph_paths in parallel_link_model.py

* fixed _normalize_multidigraph_paths to return a list of paths

* got get_shortest_path done and added test file for parallel_link_model

* created tests in test_parallel_link_model.py

* refactorig _demand_traffic_per_int to account for multiple interfaces
and also simplifying the code a bit
