Remove reference to BD SDK on advice from Jason (#817)

## Change Overview

From Jason's email:

If we are actually distributing the BD SDK please update the license
terms to include the full license including the copyright / proprietary
notices. [spot-sdk/LICENSE at master · boston-dynamics/spot-sdk ·
GitHub](https://github.com/boston-dynamics/spot-sdk/blob/master/LICENSE)
If we are not distributing the BD SDK we should remove the reference to
the BD SDK License.

Pretty sure we're not distributing BD SDK.
