spell: rename -s option

* NetBSD and OpenBSD versions of spell use the -s option as a "stop list" instead of an extra dictionary
* Remove -s here to avoid confusion
* Add the +extra_list option, which can be repeated, for adding more optional dictionaries to the main dictionary being read
* Update usage() and pod to document +extra_list
* test: " perl spell -d wordlist.txt +extra.txt NOTES"  ---> spell-check NOTES combining custom dictionaries wordlist.txt and extra.txt
