fix: drop opaque alpha channel and collapse title/desc whitespace

Benchmarked against ImgBot on microlinkhq/www#2183. Two files where
ImgBot won:

- gmail-bimi-brand-logo.png had a fully opaque alpha channel. Every
  candidate re-encode came out larger than the input, so optimo bailed
  and saved 0 bytes while ImgBot saved 6.3%. Magick.NET's PngOptimizer
  drops the alpha channel when the image is opaque; optimo now does the
  same. 423636 -> 387643 bytes (-8.5%), 2.3% below ImgBot, 0 pixel
  difference via `magick compare -metric AE`.

- adobe.svg kept a literal newline inside <title>. Text inside title
  and desc is never rendered as graphics, so collapsing runs of
  whitespace there is safe. Reaches parity at 340 bytes.

Across all 11 files in that PR: ImgBot 9.38% saved, optimo 9.51%.
optimo now matches or beats ImgBot on every file.
