fix: don't install ImageMagick on package install (#23)

The postinstall hook downloaded a 33MB ImageMagick AppImage on every
linux-x64 install without a system magick, re-downloading it on each
reinstall since vendor/ lived inside the package.

Provisioning is a CI concern: scripts/install-imagemagick.sh puts a
pinned, checksum-verified magick on PATH, and the package resolves
binaries with `which` only.
