Kikobeats 
fix: make WebP and HEIC optimization idempotent in a single run

Split WebP and HEIC magick flags into separate lossy/lossless variants
so the default (non-lossy) pass preserves quality while stripping
metadata, avoiding repeated re-encoding that required multiple runs
to converge.
