Update regress from v0.10.4 to v0.10.5

Although this introduces support for regex modifiers, I haven't updated the metadata syntax docs, which say that modifiers aren't supported, because it's not worth branching the masterlists again just for that, and introducing modifiers into the existing masterlist branches would break compatibility with libloot v0.26 to v0.28 inclusive.

This also intentionally uses hashbrown v0.16.0 instead of v0.16.1 because the differences aren't significant for my usage, and only the former already has an audit available.
