feat(router): enrich route introspection, terminable middleware lifecycle, and request helpers

- Add RouteList() structured route summary and tabular formatter (FormatRouteSummaries)
- Add controller group scoping via Controller(...), WithoutScopedBindings(...), and Metadata(...)
- Implement Terminable middleware dispatch in HTTP lifecycle
- Add comprehensive HTTP Request & Response helper methods (headers, JSON, IP, files, cookies)
- Ensure RFC 7231 / 9110 compliance by stripping response body on HEAD requests while preserving Content-Length
- Provide pluggable rate limiter drivers (in-memory sliding window and Redis-compatible interface)
- Zero external dependencies with pure Go standard library
