chore: bump @dcl/http-server and @dcl/traced-fetch-component for upstream fixes

- @dcl/http-server 2.0.2 -> 2.1.0: request-hot-path perf (parse URL once, CORS
  no-Origin passthrough, O(L) router chain) and the new fromNativeResponse helper
- @dcl/traced-fetch-component 1.0.7 -> 1.0.8, pulling @dcl/fetch-component
  1.1.0 -> 1.1.1 transitively: the fetch the service runs via traced-fetch now
  cancels discarded undici response bodies on retry and drops the per-attempt
  Promise.race/abort-listener

Picks up the fixes released from decentraland/core-components#126. core-commons
is unchanged. tsc clean; unit suite green.
