2efeaf957: CMakePresets.json: use ${sourceDir}-relative CMAKE_TOOLCHAIN_FILE/CMAKE_PROJECT_TOP_LEVEL_INCLUDES paths, add hostSystemName conditions to llvm/appleclang/msvc presets, set CMAKE_CXX_EXTENSIONS/CMAKE_CXX_STANDARD_REQUIRED, and build the all_verify_interface_header_sets target.
