Collect tests from tests/, not from the whole repository

pytest's default patterns are "test_*.py" and "*_test.py", and with no
testpaths it walks the repository root -- so scripts/hip_angle_test.py, a bench
tool for reading the hip angles, is collected as a test module and imported for
tests it does not have. On a machine without the Linux-only hardware
dependencies that fails collection outright, which is how it surfaced: two
collection errors locally where there should be one.

Renaming the scripts would hold until the next one, and the repo's own
pre-commit hook wants test files to end in _test.py, so the directory is the
honest boundary rather than the filename.
