ijson 3.0

This is it -- the official release of ijson 3.0! I think I've tackled
all the changes I wanted to include in this very first version.
I haven't heard any complains throughout the several rc releases, which
people seem to have been using according to the PyPI download stats, so
I feel fairly confident I won't be breaking anyone's life with this.
