fix(distribute): for a frozen windows exe, we need manual includes

PyGObject's Gtk/Gdk/etc. convenience API (positional Gtk.ListStore(str),
ListStore.append([...]), and more) only exists through override modules,
dynamically imported by gi/overrides/__init__.py via
importlib.import_module() - this import, just the same as for
lxml._elementpath, is invisible to modulefinder. This is a long-documented
issue across py2exe/cx_Freeze/PyInstaller alike when freezing PyGObject
apps (e.g. sourceforge.net/p/pygobjectwin32/tickets/40).
