* docs: document docs setup standalone and inside nomad-distro-dev

Inside nomad-distro-dev, `uv run mkdocs serve` fails with
"No module named 'markdown_include'" because uv sync removes the docs
extra. Add a "Developing inside nomad-distro-dev" subsection with three
ways to get the docs extra, simplify the standalone instructions, and
add the venv step to the pip path.

* docs: restructure contributing guide for standalone and nomad-distro-dev

Move the nomad-distro-dev section after the installation and make it
general (dev and docs extras, warning about uv sync in the package).
Give linting, testing, docs and examples a variant for each setup.
Add the nomad extra for standalone docs builds, as CI does.

* Apply batched suggestions from code review

Added small suggestions regarding python version and nomad-lab name.
