feat(mp4): name the QuickTime lpcm format flags

The FormatSpecificFlags field of a QuickTimeV2SoundDescription carries
the CoreAudio/QTFF linear-PCM format flags, so callers had to know the
kAudioFormatFlag* bit layout to tell float from integer or big-endian
from little-endian lpcm.

Add named constants for the seven defined flags and IsFloat,
IsBigEndian, and IsSignedInteger accessors on
QuickTimeV2SoundDescription. The raw field is unchanged for round-trip
compatibility.
