feat: support legacy PIFF protection scheme for decryption

Parse the PIFF TrackEncryption UUID box (PIFF 1.1 §5.3.3) and accept
schm.scheme_type='piff' in DecryptInit, mapping AlgorithmID 1/2 to
cenc/cbcs. Reject PIFF senc with the override flag (0x1) explicitly
instead of silently misparsing.
